Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Employee accounts are provided by HR and must be used only by the assigned employee. Where Google sign-in is available, it is an optional way to verify your identity; you must also follow the terms of your Google account.
Acceptable use
Use our services for legitimate enquiries, support requests and authorised company work. Do not impersonate another person, access records without permission, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect accounts and company records.
Support requests and submitted content
Submit only information and files that you are authorised to share and that are relevant to your request. Avoid including passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. You allow Compliance BD to use your submissions to respond to enquiries, manage support cases and perform the work you request. Submitting a ticket does not guarantee a response time or service outcome unless separately agreed.
Product information, quotations and project work
Website descriptions and general guidance help explain our products and services. Product suitability, technical specifications, availability, prices, delivery, warranties and project requirements must be confirmed with our team. A website enquiry or support ticket does not by itself confirm an order or project contract. Separate accepted quotations and written agreements set the terms for purchases and project work.
Website content and third-party services
Company branding, text, images and other website materials belong to Compliance BD or their respective owners. Contact us before reproducing them for commercial use. Links to external websites and optional services such as Google Maps or Google sign-in are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy and service availability
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and our Cookie Policy explains essential cookies. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. Contact our office if an urgent request cannot be submitted online.
