The HR and employee portal uses secure session cookies for authentication. The access cookie is short lived; the refresh cookie allows an active session to continue without signing in repeatedly. These cookies are httpOnly, so browser scripts cannot read them. They are cleared when you sign out.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies prevents the employee portal from keeping you signed in. Public product and company pages remain accessible.
Google Maps
The contact page displays a locally stored map preview. Opening its Google Maps link takes you to Google’s service, where Google’s own cookies and processing rules apply.
Website draft preview
Signed-in HR administrators can enable a temporary preview cookie to review unpublished website changes. This cookie expires after one hour and can be removed using Exit preview. It does not grant access to drafts without an authorised administrator session.
