When you use the contact form, your name, email, phone number and message are stored so that Compliance BD can respond to your enquiry. Please include only the information needed for your request.
Employee portal
The employee portal is available to accounts created by HR. Employment records, attendance, leave requests, payroll and uploaded documents are accessible according to the account’s role. HR administrators manage company records; employees can access their own records and shared company information.
Cookies and external services
The portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. The public pages do not include advertising or analytics tracking. The contact page includes a local map preview and an external Google Maps link. Google Maps opens only when you choose that link. Read about cookies.

CBDL Android app and company accounts
CBDL is the employee and HR workspace operated by Compliance BD Ltd. Accounts are created and managed by the company; the app does not offer public account registration. Your account identity, contact details, employee profile and work records are used to provide the services available to your role.
Attendance, location and camera
When you submit attendance, the app requests your current location to record and verify your check-in or check-out. Attendance workflows can also request a camera capture as evidence. Location and camera permissions are requested when those features need them. The app does not request background location or microphone access. Denying a required permission can prevent the related attendance submission.
Photos, documents, payroll and support
You may choose a profile photo and upload documents, claim receipts or support attachments. The workspace processes employment details, attendance, leave, payroll and bank details, expenses, tasks, approvals and support messages according to your permissions. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudinary. Private HR and support files are delivered through authenticated access checks; they are not published as public company images.
Notifications and service providers
The Android app uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Play services to deliver work-related support notifications. A device messaging token is associated with the signed-in account for delivery and removed from that account when you sign out. Notification permission is controlled by Android settings. Our hosting, database and file-storage providers process data to operate the service. The CBDL app does not include advertising SDKs or use employee information for advertising.
Security, retention and requests
The app connects over HTTPS and uses authenticated sessions. Access to company records depends on your account role and reporting relationships. Work records are retained as needed for employment administration, accounting, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction, account closure or deletion of eligible information, contact your HR administrator or email info@compliancebd.com. Closing app access does not automatically delete company records that must be retained. HR will explain any applicable retention restrictions when handling a request.
CBDL Support customer accounts
CBDL Support is the customer support service operated by Compliance BD Ltd. You can register with an email address or sign in with Google. We process your name, email address, account identifier and authentication information to create and secure your account. Customer accounts are separate from employee and HR accounts.
Support conversations and attachments
We process the support tickets, replies and optional profile photos, images, documents and videos you submit so authorised staff can respond to your requests. Customer account data and ticket records are stored in our database. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudinary and private support files require authenticated ownership or staff access checks. Include only information needed for your support request.
CBDL Support notifications and providers
The Android app uses Google Play services for Google sign-in and Firebase Cloud Messaging for support notifications. A device messaging token is associated with your signed-in account to deliver notifications and is removed from that account when you sign out. Android controls notification permission. Google, our hosting and database providers, and Cloudinary process information to operate these features. The app uses HTTPS and essential session cookies. It does not include advertising SDKs or collect background location.
CBDL Support account and data deletion
To request deletion of your CBDL Support account and associated personal data, email info@compliancebd.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject CBDL Support account deletion. You can also open Request account deletion from Account in the app. We verify account ownership before processing requests. Please do not send your password. Ask us about deletion of your account profile, profile photo, support messages and attachments. Records needed for legal, business record-keeping or security obligations may need to be retained; we will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account.
